Add game manual (from itch.io description). 
This is the HTML version of the contents of the WYSIWIG editor with the images removed and some formatting converted to headline tags, with spare line breaks removed. I have not otherwise cleaned it up. Running this through an HTML formatter would be a good idea, as would giving it some reasonable CSS, but this will do for a basic formatted game manual document.
